Our burger just got better!

We're excited that our already delicious burger is getting an upgrade! We'll be using 100% grass fed and dry aged beef from Burk Ridge Farms in Ellensburg. Every burger is grilled to order with red onion jam, Beecher's Flagship Cheddar, arugula, aioli, and the perfect brioche bun from Macrina Bakery

We've been doing some recipe testing and think we have some very delicious bar snacks coming to our menu!

#1 Shrimp Toast: Loaded with scallions, shrimp, toasted sesame seeds, and topped with jalapeno, and scallions.

#2: Crispy Chicken Wings with smoky pineapple glaze and a spicy jalapeno relish

Tonight's Special: Pastitsio

Special tonight! Two different versions of Pastitsio, a Greek style casserole of cinnamon-spiked ground pork & beef baked with orecchiette noodles & a          Beecher’s cheddar custard. 

Our vegetarian and gluten free version is the same as above without the meat! Loaded with root vegetables, Chanterelle mushrooms, broccoli, kale,                      and quinoa noodles. 

Both served over tzatziki.

We're open as usual New Year's Eve from 2pm-2am. You can then join us from 10am-3pm   New Year's Day for a special holiday version of our fantastic brunch.
