Our burger just got better!

We're excited that our already delicious burger is getting an upgrade! We'll be using 100% grass fed and dry aged beef from Burk Ridge Farms in Ellensburg. Every burger is grilled to order with red onion jam, Beecher's Flagship Cheddar, arugula, aioli, and the perfect brioche bun from Macrina Bakery

New Dinner Items!

We're putting out some new dishes starting tonight! Ricotta Gnocchi with a Lamb/Beef Ragu, Crispy Chicken Wings with a Smoky Pineapple Glaze, Shrimp Toasts, and Cast Iron Chicken with Cauliflower Puree and Winter Greens. And...our Sous Chef Buddie has a Grilled Pork Chop Special with Sunchokes and a Fennel Citrus Salad. Yum!

Tonight's Special!

My mom, Teri, has always made this delicious, and fresh from the garden pickled zucchini relish. I decided to re-create her post Thanksgiving turkey salad but replace it with chicken. Our special tonight is Mom's Chicken Salad with Pickled Relish Bruschetta! Topped with some of our house pickles, a lots of lemon zest.

We've been doing some recipe testing and think we have some very delicious bar snacks coming to our menu!

#1 Shrimp Toast: Loaded with scallions, shrimp, toasted sesame seeds, and topped with jalapeno, and scallions.

#2: Crispy Chicken Wings with smoky pineapple glaze and a spicy jalapeno relish
